Sent when

Free registration and single-ticket orders (paid or €0) send immediately once the ticket is auto-assigned by the Stripe webhook consumer. Multi-ticket orders are delayed 180s via DELAYED_ORDER_EMAIL_QUEUE so the buyer can self-assign a ticket and receive one combined email.

Audience

The buyer who completed checkout. For multi-ticket orders the individual ticket holders also each receive their own assigned-ticket email via sendAssignmentEmail as each assignment lands.

A multi-ticket order where the buyer has not self-assigned a ticket: orderSummary receipt plus the distribute CTA (no isAssigned).
